Crissy is passionate about helping people achieve the best possible quality of life.
Through experiencing her own weight loss journey, she became inspired to help others be successful achieving their health and weight loss goals by providing nutrition counseling, diet coaching, and hormone therapy.
Crissy has lived in Castle Rock since 2002. She is married, has six children, one grandson and a Great Dane. In her free, time she enjoys Krav Maga, shooting, hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with her family.
