GLP-1²

A Dual-Action Breakthrough in Weight Management & Metabolic Health

GLP-1² is a formulation that synergistically combines semaglutide and tirzepatide—two advanced GLP-1 receptor agonists—in one compounded treatment.

If right for you, your DrWell Provider may prescribe GLP-1² in an dose they deem necessary and appropriate based on your individual medical needs.

Understanding GLP-1²

GLP-1² brings together two active ingredients that work on complementary pathways:

  • Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist.

  • Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist.

Combining these two, GLP-1² offers a dual-action approach.

Why Combine Semaglutide + Tirzepatide?
Dr. Kaplan, founder of DrWell noticed in his patients will less appetite suppression who switched from semaglutide to tirzepatide, had improved appetite suppression but their food noise returned. His nurse practitioner suggested treating patients with a combined off-label regimen to help their patients with both food noise reduction and appetite suppression.
