Unlike Direct-to-Consumer services like Hims or Ro, DrWell emphasizes continuity of care. You can choose your provider, fostering trust and a meaningful connection, rather than being randomly assigned to a provider of unclear credentials that you may never interact with again. At DrWell, you’re treated as a valued patient, not just another transaction.
DrWell does not accept insurance as a form of payment, but your DrWell provider may. Certain medications may be covered by insurance, though they often require preauthorization. We recommend confirming with your provider’s staff in advance to determine if your medication is eligible for insurance coverage.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact your DrWell provider’s office for tracking information. Medications are generally shipped within 5–7 business days after the pharmacy processes the order. If your medication is being shipped directly to you, tracking details will be sent via text or email.
Side effects can be common with certain medications. If you are experiencing side effects, please contact your DrWell provider to discuss the best approach to resolving them. For life-threatening emergencies, immediately go to the nearest Emergency Room or call 9-1-1.
To update your payment information, log in to your DrWell account and navigate to the Payment Methods section to update your card details. If you subscribed through BuildMyHealth, be sure to log in to DrWell using the same email address associated with your subscription to ensure you’re updating the correct account.
If you don’t see payment methods, shipping addresses, or subscriptions in your DrWell account, it may be because you signed in with the wrong method (email or mobile number). If you logged in with your mobile number, try logging out and signing in with your email address. If you logged in with your email, log out and sign in with your mobile number instead.
You can cancel your subscriptions anytime by logging into your DrWell account. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your DrWell provider before canceling to discuss any potential risks or adverse effects associated with stopping medications suddenly.
