Jourdain D. Artz is fellowship-trained aesthetic plastic surgeon known for his precision, artistry, and commitment to personalized care. A San Diego native, he specializes in deep plane facelifts, neck lifts, rhinoplasty, and high-definition liposuction, combining advanced techniques with an individualized approach to achieve natural, refined results.

He earned his medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UT Health in Houston, home to the world’s largest medical center. During his training, he gained extensive experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center, mastering complex reconstructive procedures and advanced cancer treatments. He then completed his plastic surgery residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, working alongside top innovators in breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery. To further refine his skills, he pursued an additional aesthetic surgery fellowship in San Diego, training under leading experts in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures.
