Tiffany Shreve, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Tiffany Shreve, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Radford University in 2003. After five years as a clinical nurse, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education from King College in 2009 and went on to teach in undergraduate nursing programs. She later completed the family nurse practitioner program at East Carolina University and has been practicing primary care in Boone, NC since 2014.

Tiffany is passionate about helping patients understand their bodies and create lasting health changes. While experienced in traditional healthcare, she believes in building a strong foundation for wellness before disease develops. Known as a trusted provider and avid researcher, she is dedicated to finding solutions and supporting patients discover new beginnings.

Her clinical interests include prevention of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, management of sleep apnea, medical weight loss, and aesthetic procedures. She believes wellness has no ceiling, and that every step—no matter how small—can be a powerful investment in your health.
