One patient. One record. One connected workflow.
One connected workflow

Spend less time managing the program. More time growing it.

Cash-pay programs create work at every step of the patient journey. Connect coordinates those steps in one place, reducing the forms, portals, spreadsheets, follow-up lists, and manual handoffs your staff has to manage.

Reduce front-desk work

Patients enroll, sign consent forms, track shipments, update payment information, and manage eligible subscription changes without relying on your staff for every step.

Simplify medication operations

Build treatment plans, source medication through pre-vetted 503A and 503B pharmacy partners, and generate orders without re-entering patient information into separate pharmacy portals.

Automate recurring program work

Keep refills, medication cycles, titration schedules, subscription changes, and eligible payment retries moving without another spreadsheet or reminder list.

Know what your programs earn

See medication cost and expected margin when building a plan, then monitor program- and provider-level margin as the program runs.
01
Patient enrollment and consent

Enroll patients without creating more work for your front desk.

Choose the treatment plan and send one enrollment link. Patients complete enrollment, program-specific consent, identity verification, and payment in one guided flow.

•
Collect program-specific consent and keep the signed version on the patient record.
•
Verify patient identity before a medication order is created.
•
Send enrollment before the appointment or complete it with the patient in the room.
•
Move patient information directly into the treatment workflow without re-entering it.
One link for the patient. A completed enrollment for your staff.

Multi-medication subscriptions

Manage complex treatment programs as one patient relationship.

Combine multiple medications in one subscription while keeping each medication on the fulfillment schedule it actually needs.

•
Keep 28-, 56-, or 84-day medication cycles within one patient program.
•
Let eligible patients pause or cancel one medication without disrupting the rest.
•
Set programs to end automatically after a defined number of successful payment cycles.
•
Maintain one patient record and one recurring relationship across multiple therapies.

Dosage tracking and titration

Keep titration on the patient record, not in a spreadsheet.

•
Keep dose history attached to the patient record.
•
Define planned dose progression by treatment plan.
•
Add planned holds when a patient should remain at the same dose.
•
Pause a subscription without incorrectly advancing the titration cycle.
•
Allow providers to review or override the planned progression at any time.
A clearer dosing history for staff. Control stays with the provider.
05
CareOS patient portal

Give patients answers without sending them to your front desk.

CareOS gives patients one place to manage routine program needs themselves, from checking medication shipment status to updating their card on file.

•
Track medication shipments. Patients can follow shipment status from dispatch through delivery.
•
Update payment information. Patients can update the card on file without calling your office.
•
Manage eligible subscription changes. Patients can pause or cancel eligible subscriptions themselves, with changes reflected in the next payment cycle.
•
View their medications. Patients can see their medication and program information from one portal.
Fewer “Where is my medication?” and “Can you update my card?” calls for your staff.

Straight answers

Questions practices ask before changing their workflow.

What is DrWell Connect?

DrWell Connect is a platform for managing recurring cash-pay medical programs, bringing patient enrollment, consent, treatment plans, pharmacy ordering, payments, medication fulfillment, shipment tracking, titration, refills, and program reporting into one workflow.

Does Connect write to our EMR?

Not today. Connect runs the recurring cash-pay program alongside your EMR, which keeps the clinical chart. If a connection matters to your practice, raise it on the call and DrWell can tell you where it stands.

Can we use our own pharmacy?

Ordering runs through DrWell's pre-vetted network because the certification chain and tracking depend on it. The network covers all 50 states and DC, and shipping is included in every quoted rate.

How many users and locations are included?

All of them, on every plan. Pricing is by active enrolled patients, so adding a provider, front desk user, or second location costs nothing.

Can a patient pause one medication without stopping the entire program?

Yes. Eligible patients can pause a medication in the portal. It takes effect on the next payment cycle while the rest of the program keeps running.

How fast can we start enrolling patients?

Signing up takes under 10 minutes, onboarding takes under 5 minutes, and enrolling the first patient takes under 1 minute. There is no implementation project and no setup fee.

Can patients track medication shipments themselves?

Yes. CareOS lets patients follow shipment status and receive tracking notifications from dispatch through delivery.

Does Connect support recurring medication programs?

Yes. Connect supports recurring subscriptions, medication-specific fulfillment cycles, planned titration, refills, payment collection, and eligible subscription changes.
