This page explains how www.drwell.com, operated by KP Innovations LLC dba DrWell, uses cookies and similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and session replay, and how you control them. It applies to our public website. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. First-party cookies are set by DrWell. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose tools we use. Session cookies expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that send information, such as the page you viewed, to the company that provides them. Session replay records how a visitor moves, clicks, and scrolls on a page.
Your choice comes first
When you first visit, a banner asks which categories you accept. Until you choose, and if you select Reject All, only Necessary technologies run. Functional, Performance, Analytics, and Advertisement technologies load only after you accept their category.
Categories we use
- Necessary: needed for the website to work, to stay secure, and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional: optional features that are not required for the website to work, such as embedded video players.
- Performance: help us measure how the website loads and performs.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the website, including page views, video engagement, and session replay.
- Advertisement: help us measure and deliver our advertising on other platforms.

Some of our tools, such as PostHog, Wistia, and Quorum, may also use local browser storage or similar technologies that do not appear in cookie lists. They follow the same category choices.

Session replay
On pages of our public website, and only if you accept the Analytics category, we use PostHog session replay to record how visitors interact with a page, such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, so we can find and fix usability problems. Form fields are masked, so what you type into a form is not recorded. Session replay recordings are kept for 30 days. We do not use session replay in the DrWell web application or on pages where you provide health information.
Find a Provider
Our provider search uses mapping services to show a map and suggest locations as you type. On those pages, the mapping provider receives your IP address, browser details, and the location text you enter. This loads without a cookie choice because the search cannot work without it. It is not loaded on pages that have no map or location search.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising or analytics technologies in the DrWell web application or on pages where you provide health information, and we do not send your medical records, health questionnaire responses, or prescription information to advertising or analytics companies. On our public website, an advertising partner may learn that a visitor viewed a page, such as a page about a treatment, if you have accepted the Advertisement category.
Changing your choice
Select the cookie icon at the bottom left of any page, or the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of any page, to reopen the banner and change or withdraw your consent. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your device, so it applies to the browser and device you are using, and you will need to set it again on other browsers and devices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the website may not work as intended.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and as a choice to decline the Advertisement category. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our technologies change. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
