Keep Treatment Plans Up to Date with Pharmacy Dosage Changes
When pharmacies introduce or discontinue medication dosages, Connect now notifies your practice and identifies which treatment plans may need attention. Providers can add newly available dosages directly from the order screen, automatically updating the treatment plan template and eligible patient plans in one action.

More Control Over Patient Dosage Progression
Providers can now hold a patient's medication at a specific dose directly from the order screen. Instead of automatically progressing to the next scheduled dosage, future orders can remain at the selected dose until the hold is released or updated.
More pharmacy flexibility
Switch Pharmacies Without Disrupting Patient Billing
Providers can now switch to another eligible pharmacy directly when placing a medication order. Compare available dosages, review fulfillment costs, and confirm changes before submitting—all while keeping the patient's existing charges unchanged.
When compatible, Connect also updates the treatment plan and future unsent orders to use the new pharmacy, eliminating repetitive manual changes.
