Automated Daily Payouts in DrWell Connect

Faster access to the revenue your practice earns is coming to DrWell Connect.

Soon, DrWell will introduce automated daily payouts for eligible orders placed through Connect, giving practices faster access to their funds without waiting for a monthly payout cycle.

This update is part of our continued investment in Connect and our commitment to making every part of running your program—from patient enrollment and treatment management to payments and payouts—simpler and more efficient.

What’s changing for DrWell Connect practices

Once daily payouts launch, eligible practice payouts from orders placed through DrWell Connect will be processed automatically on a daily schedule.

That means your practice can receive its funds sooner and with greater consistency, helping improve cash flow as your program grows.

There’s no need to manually request each payout. Once your practice is properly set up, eligible payouts will be processed automatically.

Connect users: make sure your payout information is ready

Before your practice can receive automated daily payouts, we’ll need to know where to send your funds.

DrWell Connect users should sign in to Connect and provide their practice’s payout bank account information.

Completing this information ahead of the launch will help ensure your practice is ready to begin receiving daily payouts when the new payout schedule becomes available.

What if my practice uses BuildMyHealth?

If your practice currently operates on BuildMyHealth, your payout schedule is not changing.

BuildMyHealth customers will continue receiving practice payouts according to the existing monthly payout schedule. There is no action you need to take to continue receiving those payouts.

Automated daily payouts are only available through the DrWell Connect platform. If you would like to take advantage of daily payouts, you’ll need to transition your pateints to the DrWell Connect platform. Email  to get started.

Want to receive your payouts faster?

If your practice currently uses BuildMyHealth and faster access to your practice revenue would be valuable, this may be a good time to explore DrWell Connect.

Our Customer Service team can walk you through the process of onboarding your practice and patients onto Connect, including what the transition would look like for your existing program.

Once your practice is operating through Connect and the new payout experience is available, you’ll be able to take advantage of automated daily payouts for eligible orders placed through the platform.
