Stay Well Pharmacy Shipping Change

Stay Well Pharmacy is changing how medications are shipped beginning November 1, 2026. Learn what’s changing, which orders are affected, and how to prepare your practice and patients.

Stay Well Pharmacy Shipping Change

Effective November 1, 2026, Stay Well Pharmacy will no longer ship medications to clinics or practice locations. All medications fulfilled by Stay Well Pharmacy are affected, and orders submitted to the pharmacy on or after this date must ship directly to the patient.

This change applies specifically to Stay Well Pharmacy. Other partner pharmacies may offer clinic delivery, depending on the medication and applicable shipping requirements.

Patient communication: Let patients know their medications will arrive directly at their address and share applicable delivery, tracking, and storage instructions.

What about orders already submitted?

Handling depends on whether the order was submitted to the pharmacy before November 1, 2026. Please contact support for help confirming how a pending order will be handled.

Helpful reminders for patient deliveries

Encourage patients to check their shipping information and monitor tracking updates. For temperature-sensitive medications, remind them to retrieve deliveries promptly and follow the storage instructions provided with the medication.
