CareValidate is built for brand launch, and your practice sees patients

CareValidate is designed to launch and grow a telehealth brand: acquiring patients online, matching them to a provider network, and fulfilling by mail. That is a different business from a practice with local patients and its own providers. A practice needs reliable ordering, billing, follow-up and consent for the patients in its building, and a platform built around brand launch and national acquisition means paying for, and learning, capabilities a local practice does not use.

Coverage and revenue

Fifty-state access is not fifty-state revenue

CareValidate's model includes acquiring patients for its brands and a provider network in all 50 states, which is why it is built for a brand with a national marketing engine. A practice does not have that engine by default. Provider access in a state produces revenue only when patients there find the practice, and that takes advertising in each market. Unless a practice has a large budget to spend in every state, the added coverage mostly goes unused, and its best patients remain the ones near its own location, reviews and referrals. National coverage in weight and wellness is not a realistic plan for most practices, so the better return is running your own practice well: orders, billing, follow-up and retention for the patients you already have.

What CareValidate already handles

CareValidate supports new telehealth ventures and established brands expanding into digital health, and its provider page calls it a telehealth-focused, white-label model. For medication-adjacent workflows, a pre-vetted provider network spans all 50 states with synchronous and asynchronous care, and CareValidate manages the fulfillment chain from signed prescription to delivery through 503A and 503B partners and brand-name medications, with mail order and retail routing and order tracking. In-person visits and a practice's own providers, patients or EMR are not published.

What DrWell adds to recurring treatment

DrWell connects enrollment, payment status and the treatment plan to the next medication order. The first eligible order can be generated when treatment begins, and later orders can follow successful payment with planned dose progression. Multiple medications can be managed in one subscription, reducing the number of separate recurring workflows your staff has to maintain.

A pharmacy network built into the program

DrWell includes a pre-vetted 503A and 503B pharmacy network covering all 50 states and DC. If an eligible order cannot be filled through its original route, the platform can reroute it within the network. Your EMR remains the practice system while DrWell manages the medication-program fulfillment workflow.

Keep medication-program payment risk separate

CareValidate publishes a single all-in processing rate of 3.7%, covering card processing, HSA and FSA, fraud tools, chargeback support and subscription billing, with no setup fees or monthly minimums. Merchant of record, processor name, retries, payout timing and reserves are not published. DrWell is the merchant of record for program payments and uses high-risk processing, with payouts arriving next day and the cost of goods and platform service fee already deducted.

No payment platform can control another processor's underwriting decisions. The value of this structure is separation: eligible medication-program transactions do not need to run through the merchant account your practice depends on for ordinary services.

Give patients a treatment-specific experience

CareValidate can continue supporting its existing patient workflows: a white-labeled patient experience, real-time order updates and 24/7 text and email support. App or portal specifics, pause, cancel and card update are not published.

CareOS adds medication-program self-service, including program billing status, card updates, pauses and medication order tracking from shipment through delivery. Versioned medication consent is completed before checkout, and identity is verified before an order is created.

See the economics of the medication program

CareValidate provides broader program reporting, including dashboards for revenue by product, program and geography, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and refill adherence. Cost of goods and margin are not published.

DrWell adds order-level visibility into medication cost of goods, shipping and the platform service fee, helping owners forecast program margin as treatment doses change.
