TelegraMD, which now brands itself Telegra, is a telehealth e-commerce platform that connects intake, checkout, a provider network, pharmacy routing and a white-labeled patient app, at a fixed monthly price. DrWell Connect is a practice platform for cash-pay weight loss, HRT and peptide programs, built for practices whose own providers see their own patients.
Telegra is designed around the e-commerce flow: a questionnaire, a cart, checkout, provider review after payment, and fulfillment by mail. That is a strong model for a brand selling online. A practice with an exam room and local patients needs less of it, and a platform priced and built for national e-commerce means paying for, and learning, capabilities a local practice does not use.
Telegra offers providers across 50 or more states. Its documentation has the patient visiting your site to complete intake, so traffic is yours to buy. That means a practice earns revenue in a state only if it advertises there. Unless a practice has a large budget to spend in every state, the added coverage mostly goes unused, and its best patients remain the ones near its own location, reviews and referrals. National coverage in weight and wellness is not a realistic plan for most practices, so the better return is running your own practice well: orders, billing, follow-up and retention for the patients you already have.
Telegra supports health startups, enterprise health brands, telehealth clinics and developers, described as infrastructure for organizations that plan to scale. For medication-adjacent workflows, an in-house board-certified provider network covers 50 or more states, orders route automatically to the preferred partner pharmacy with real-time tracking, refill scheduling starts automatically with one-tap refills and eligibility checks, and GLP-1 care lists individualized dose titration and quarterly adherence checks. In-person visits and a practice's own patients or EMR are not published.
DrWell connects enrollment, payment status and the treatment plan to the next medication order. The first eligible order can be generated when treatment begins, and later orders can follow successful payment with planned dose progression. Multiple medications can be managed in one subscription, reducing the number of separate recurring workflows your staff has to maintain.
DrWell includes a pre-vetted 503A and 503B pharmacy network covering all 50 states and DC. If an eligible order cannot be filled through its original route, the platform can reroute it within the network. Your EMR remains the practice system while DrWell manages the medication-program fulfillment workflow.
With Telegra, each brand owns and controls its own processor and funds, and Telegra does not hold the money, with subscription billing running automatically after provider approval. The processor, how a practice obtains a merchant account for these medications, and failed-payment handling are not published. DrWell is the merchant of record for program payments and uses high-risk processing, with payouts arriving next day and the cost of goods and platform service fee already deducted.
No payment platform can control another processor's underwriting decisions. The value of this structure is separation: eligible medication-program transactions do not need to run through the merchant account your practice depends on for ordinary services.
Telegra can continue supporting its existing patient workflows: a white-label web portal on Plus and native iOS and Android apps on Pro, where patients view active and paused subscriptions, pause and resume, manage refill dates and see an order timeline. Cancel and card update are not published.
CareOS adds medication-program self-service, including program billing status, card updates, pauses and medication order tracking from shipment through delivery. Versioned medication consent is completed before checkout, and identity is verified before an order is created.
Telegra provides broader program reporting, including revenue dashboards, funnel analysis and cohort retention. Cost of goods and margin visibility are not published.
DrWell adds order-level visibility into medication cost of goods, shipping and the platform service fee, helping owners forecast program margin as treatment doses change.
