Will we have to change pharmacies?
Not if your current pharmacy is integrated within our network. We’ll confirm compatibility for your practice during the demo.
Does Connect submit prescriptions automatically?
No. Successful treatment-plan subscription payments generate orders and queue them for provider submission. Your provider remains responsible for submitting the prescription.
What happens when a subscription payment fails?
No order is generated. The patient receives a text prompting them to update their payment information. Order generation resumes once payment is successfully collected.
We already have payment software and a pharmacy portal. Why add Connect?
