Our Story

ASAP Orthopaedics was built on a simple idea: make orthopedic care as accessible and straightforward as possible. We ran a consumer-friendly practice where patients could get the care they needed without the runaround.

But the system had other plans. Payers made it harder and harder to keep the doors open — reimbursements shrank, administrative burden grew, and the math stopped working. We had to wind down the practice.

What we didn’t lose was the patients — or the mission. We kept hearing from the same people: they didn’t just want their shoulder fixed or their knee scoped. They wanted help staying active. They wanted a physician-led team that could guide their musculoskeletal health through fitness coaching, clinical nutrition, ongoing monitoring, and — when it made sense — medications to help them optimize their health on their own terms. Safely, of course.

So we built Longitude. Same physician-led philosophy. Same commitment to simplicity. A program built around what actually keeps people moving: structured fitness protocols, nutritional guidance, health monitoring, and access to compounded medications — all coordinated by a clinical team that knows you, not an algorithm that doesn’t.
