MD Optimal Health & Aesthetics is led by Melissa Donelson, MSN, RN, CRNP, who understands the complexities of weight loss through her own lifelong journey. Having lost and maintained over 100 pounds, she brings a deep sense of empathy and invaluable personal insight to her coaching, coupled with extensive medical knowledge. The practice provides personalized guidance through both in-person appointments in Columbia, Maryland and virtual appointments available in more than 20 states.
